These Terms govern your access to and use of the Topline website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Partner accounts are governed by our separate Partner Terms, which control if there is a conflict.

Who can use the site

You may use the site if you can form a binding contract with Topline and are not prohibited from doing so under applicable law. If you're using the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you're authorized to bind that company.

Permitted use

• Submit a lead access request through the form.
• Read and share our public content.

Things you agree not to do

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site outside of standard search engine indexing.
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code.
• Interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users.
• Submit false information, or request access on behalf of a party without their permission.
• Use the site or any content from it to train machine learning models without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Topline name and marks are owned by Topline or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use them except as strictly necessary to use the site as intended.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topline will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
